Coming from the Pontweg, take exit 13, the Califormieweg. After a double bend in the road you will see the California Apartment Complex on your left. Directly behind it is a path, with a hedge on the left and a few houses on the right. The last cottage is ‘t Vogelbergje.

Bus 33 brings you from the train station of Den Helder to the ferry.  On Texel bus 28 brings you from the ferry to Den Burg and De Koog. From De Koog bus 28 stops at bus stop 41-Californië just before the Californië Apartment Complex. Texelhopper brings you to all the other places on request with vans.
